Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team in Family Medicine & Community Health. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Conduct thorough handovers of patient information, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts.
• Provide direct patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress, adhering to therapeutic standards.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve patient problems and needs.
• Prepare medication requisitions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with established procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors and consultants during rounds, recording instructions and facilitating communication.
• Assist doctors with procedures, preparing patients physically and emotionally, and ensuring availability of necessary equipment.

Key qualifications for this role include:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Family Medicine & Community Health.
• Diploma in General Nursing or BScN degree.
• Valid PNC License.
