Role Overview:

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of cutting-edge web applications utilizing the MERN stack.

  • You will design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements seamlessly with server-side logic.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability by streamlining processes and improving code efficiency.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
  3. Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  4. Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles.
  5. Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
  6. Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.
  7. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  8. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
