Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to ensure the highest standards of quality in software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and report on bugs and non-conforming elements within assigned software projects, adhering to strict timeframes.
  • Assign tasks to QA engineers based on product division priorities set by the Product Manager.
  • Utilize test automation tools to perform Quality Assurance tests.
  • Ensure quality for released and new products, guaranteeing they meet functional completeness and compliance with SRS/FS.
  • Maintain user-friendliness across all products for end-users.
  • Streamline setup and configuration processes to ensure ease of use.
  • Verify that product manuals accurately reflect features, installation, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Prepare and sign test reports with the Product Manager's approval.
  • Develop and implement QA standards to minimize testing cycles.
  • Provide product training to operations, sales, and technical writing teams.
  • Ensure releases align with project plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand domain knowledge and create functional test cases.
  • Report and verify bugs, enhancements, and client-reported issues, categorizing them according to significance.
  • Verify received projects and patches, obtaining the next iteration date from the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science
  • 2-3 years of QC Lead experience in a similar organization
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
