Lead UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design of high-impact digital products and services.

This role will involve leading design efforts, conducting user research, creating prototypes, mentoring junior designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and streamlining design processes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet business goals.
  • Conduct and oversee user research to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Streamline design processes and ensure project scalability.
  • Manage design for both local and international products.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing work in key digital products.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
  • Experience leading teams and working on global projects.
