Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Lead Manager to lead our operations and reporting functions. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational documentation, managing day-to-day operations, and identifying opportunities for improvement. They will also be responsible for reporting requirements and performance metrics.

  • Develop and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including coordination with various teams.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement relevant actions.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures, processes, and reporting methodologies.
  • Organize and manage documentation repositories for easy accessibility.
  • Supervise report preparation and presentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

The Deputy Lead Manager will be responsible for leading our operations and reporting functions, including:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and processes.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, with at least 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP and CC&B operations and reporting. Relevant certification is preferred.
