Job Summary:
">This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Customer Success Managers and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences. As a Team Lead for Customer Success, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's daily operations, building strong relationships with key customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex customer challenges.
">Responsibilities:
">- Lead a Team of Customer Success Managers: Mentor and develop a team of skilled professionals to ensure they deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Ensure timely responses and proactive engagement with customers, building strong relationships and acting as an escalation point when necessary.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Customer Retention & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and expanding account value.
Requirements:
">- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
