
Account Growth Manager

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, Account Management, you will be responsible for driving incremental orders and ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with key vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize business performance, growth, and customer experience.
- Train restaurant staff, collaborate with operations/owners to improve menu displays, share reports, and work with the marketing team to create promotions/events.
- Identify and implement new value-add initiatives, and proactively find solutions for them.
- Ensure high-quality photography of top key accounts.
- Acquire deals for monthly and event-based campaigns.
- Maintain logistics performance on a daily/weekly basis.
- Reduce issue rates or fail rates.
- Work with internal stakeholders to define requirements, deliver strategies, and develop tactical implementation plans.
Requirements:
- 1.5 years of account directorship experience.
- Negotiations and communication skills.
- Presentation and business review skills.
- Knowledge of food and operational costing.
