We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial resources, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To prepare final accounts as per accounting standards, ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  2. To establish, maintain, monitor, continuously update and integrate the accounting system of the company, complying with accounting standards.
  3. To be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and maintaining the company's financial resources for business operation.
  4. To prepare cash flow forecasts on a monthly basis.
  5. To monitor, track, and follow-up on accounts receivables and accounts payables.
  6. To be responsible for timely payments to numerous suppliers as per the prescribed process of the company.
  7. To ensure that all payments and receipts are made according to prescribed company policy and procedure and according to agreed terms and conditions made with suppliers.
  8. To be responsible for monitoring and renewal of credit limits with banks, if any.
  9. To prepare monthly budgets (on the basis of the annual budget).
  10. To be responsible for overall control of bank and cash transactions and their reconciliations thereof.
  11. To be responsible for preparation and online filing of monthly Sales Tax returns and withholding statements.
  12. To handle property tax, professional tax, and/or any other government levy.
  13. To handle all affairs and requirements relating to SECP.
  14. To prepare and e-file annual income tax returns.
  15. To prepare Standard Operating Procedures for accounts and finance department to ensure efficient and effective management of departmental operations.
  16. To establish, maintain, and update Information Management Systems (ERP).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. At least CA Finalist.
  2. At least 4-6 years of relevant professional experience (post article-ship).
  3. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Should be well conversant with accounting software/related ERP.
  5. Honest and hard-working.
  6. Paper, Printing, Packaging & Stationery Industry Experience will be a plus.
