Senior Business Development Strategist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business growth specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients, creating new leads, and capturing jobs from the market.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product and service offerings to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Collaborate with senior management to stay informed about marketplace trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Support the writing of new business proposals and ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.
- Ability to create engaging presentations to effectively communicate ideas.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
- Detail-oriented and active listening skills to ensure accurate information is captured and communicated.
Education:
A Master's or BBA degree in Sales and Marketing is preferred. We encourage candidates with 0-12 months of experience to apply.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, and the working hours will be from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
