E Commerce Operations Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing data quality measures to ensure accuracy throughout all communication channels. Your creative problem-solving approach will enable you to efficiently resolve issues and maintain attention to detail.

You will investigate problems by identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and implementing preventive measures. Additionally, you will possess a positive attitude, be reliable, transparent, and enjoy working with diverse individuals. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will work closely with Team Leads to address any queries or concerns.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field, with expertise in analyzing USA market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. They will also have experience with B2B life cycle analysis and management, leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, reviewing team performance, and preparing reports on sales statistics, rates, and performance levels.
Demonstrating ability to work independently with minimal supervision is crucial, as is remaining positive, detail-oriented, and possessing good multitasking and organizational skills.
