Lead Generation Specialist

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to contribute to the growth of our digital services team. This role involves developing and implementing effective strategies to generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn and supporting the sales pipeline.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build rapport with potential clients through personalized messages and connection requests.
  • Responsibilities include conducting daily outreach on LinkedIn, searching and identifying potential clients, scheduling discovery calls, and maintaining a lead tracker sheet.
  • The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of LinkedIn and lead generation techniques, as well as basic knowledge of digital services like websites, SEO, SMM, etc.

Job Requirements:

  1. Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn.
  2. Support the sales pipeline by initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients.
  3. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and outreach strategy.
  5. Research market trends and competitor activities to discover new business opportunities.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of digital services like websites, SEO, SMM, etc.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
