Main Responsibilities:

• Data Collection: Conduct field surveys to gather data on land contours, elevations, dimensions, and boundaries.
• Survey Equipment: Use advanced surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, theodolites, and laser scanners.
• Data Analysis: Record, interpret, and analyze data using software tools.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to provide accurate site information.
• Site Plans: Prepare and present detailed site plans, maps, and drawings.
• Regulations: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations regarding land use and construction.
• Boundary Determination: Determine property boundaries for legal purposes, such as deeds or titles.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve discrepancies in land and boundary records.
• Construction Monitoring: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Audit Checks: Perform periodic checks to confirm the accuracy of levels, alignments, and positioning.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of survey data, reports, and field notes.
• Progress Reports: Prepare progress reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Civil Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Surveying Skills: Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, and Civil 3D).
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of legal regulations and standards in land surveying and construction.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
