We seek a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our sales office's daily operations. As the key Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Support order bookers by providing accurate rate information and assisting with their tasks.
  • Oversee the procurement team in obtaining parts requested by the bookers, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, simplify processes, and improve overall sales performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards and promptly resolving customer concerns or complaints.
  • Manage inventory, including receipt, organization, and maintenance of accurate stock levels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team regarding store operations, sales, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive parts industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
