- Attend meetings with clients, consultants & subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and executed accordingly.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead supervisors, engineers, and workers to carry out their tasks accurately and timely, ensuring site works meet client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, seeking stakeholder approval for sign-off.
- Handle multiple minor projects concurrently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and project staff.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing timely updates to management.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
