This is a unique opportunity to work with us as a Consultant Specialist.

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding and translating organizational goals, defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs) such as reduction of incidents, improving service availability, and maintaining or enhancing SLAs.
  • Defining and agreeing on SLAs with upstream and downstream systems, including regulatory feeds.
  • Ensuring all services are compliant with IT risk-related controls, such as identity access management, change management, release & incident management.
  • Managing incident triage calls and making quick decisions for service recovery.
  • Developing service improvement plans, estimating resources, and securing funding through agreement with the business.
  • Collaborating with vendors to define success criteria for service improvements and executing outcome-based contracts.
  • Specifying requirements for building observability dashboards according to industry standards.
  • Reviewing hardware and software upgrade requirements for your services and planning remediation activities.
  • Defining and improving release checklists for all changes going into production.
  • Ensuring service sustainability by reviewing capacity requirements and securing necessary funding.
  • Developing strategies to proactively identify and decommission inactive roles, users, processes, and data in an automated manner.
  • Building, sustaining, and upgrading CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments.
  • Maintaining excellent understanding of financials, monitoring deliverables, compliance, automation usage, budget variances, and providing governance around exposure and solution design where appropriate.
  • Creating SLIs reports for senior stakeholder forums.
  • Conducting periodic meetings with business owners to review service performance.
  • Managing support teams, including permanent staff and contractors.
