As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive traffic to our website and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ad campaigns to meet KPIs and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences and set campaign goals.
- Identify the most effective digital platforms and ad formats for each campaign.
- Set up, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Merchant Center.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven 1 or 2 years of experience as a Google Ads Specialist or a similar role.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
- Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
- Analytical mindset with an ability to identify trends and insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
