Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in the role of Data Operations Associate.

Job Description:

The Data Analyst position provides the opportunity to develop into a Market Analyst, collaborating with our teams and wider data staff. This role involves data processing, maintaining high data quality standards, building and maintaining data processes, supporting market analytics content creation, and communicating with data contributors.

Responsibilities:

  • Data processing of public and private documents, news, press releases, and data submissions across various asset classes.
  • Maintain high data quality standards by working closely with European and North American-based Market Analysts and Journalists.
  • Build and/or maintain data processes and regular quality audits.
  • Support and assist with regular market analytics content.
  • Communicate regularly with data/content contributors.
  • Support and assist with continuous data integration efforts.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of Fixed Income or M&A data entry.
  • Prior experience of maintaining data quality processes.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office suite products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Strong command of English and/or a second language.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
