E-Book Sales Specialist Role

We are looking for a highly skilled E-book Front Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer interactions, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

This role involves achieving sales targets, managing customer interactions, handling sales calls, and training junior sales representatives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, customer engagement, and negotiation techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage customer interactions through effective communication, providing solutions to customer needs and concerns.
  • Handle sales calls and close deals effectively, leveraging negotiation skills to meet or exceed targets.
  • Train and mentor junior sales representatives to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to sales strategies and process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proven sales and sales management experience, with a history of exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a focus on digital sales and customer engagement.
