Confiz Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales Strategist to spearhead its SAAS product, Simplicant. This role is pivotal in catering to both local and global clients, ensuring seamless operations across diverse time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective sales strategies that align with overall initiatives and achieve company objectives.
- Cultivate leads generated from active inbound, outbound, and marketing efforts, converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Deliver product demonstrations to local and global clients, negotiate favorable terms, and successfully close deals.
- Nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and prompt resolution of queries.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
- Upsell additional features and services, manage renewals, and continually engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Develop client steering and growth strategies to mitigate risks and enhance client value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and customer success within SAAS organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
