Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective sales strategies that align with overall initiatives and achieve company objectives.
  2. Cultivate leads generated from active inbound, outbound, and marketing efforts, converting prospects into long-term clients.
  3. Deliver product demonstrations to local and global clients, negotiate favorable terms, and successfully close deals.
  4. Nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and prompt resolution of queries.
  5. Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
  6. Upsell additional features and services, manage renewals, and continually engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  7. Develop client steering and growth strategies to mitigate risks and enhance client value.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and customer success within SAAS organizations.
  3. Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and CRM software.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
