This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to take on a challenging role as Sales and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and develop a clear hierarchy within the organization, defining roles and responsibilities for all team members.
  2. Hire 12 Regional Supervisors who possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
  3. Recruit, train, and test the 12 Regional Supervisors to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  4. Plan and execute regular trainings and meetings with supervisors to provide guidance and support.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess the management structure to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Host weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly conventions with the agents and management structure to promote teamwork and motivation.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred; however, a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in the Telecommunications industry, is essential.
  • At least 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer, internet, and technology is expected.
  • Strong planning, development, and organizational skills are necessary.
