">Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices in healthcare management.
">Participate in budget planning and financial management, optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
">Implement technology integration and hospital operations (clinical/non-clinical) via HIMS/SAP, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
">Demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and healthcare quality standards (JCI/Accreditation Canada), driving business growth and excellence.

Requirements:
">Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
">At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
">Proven track record of success in strategic planning, leadership, and operational management.
