As a Building Information Modelling Specialist, you will develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies, driving business value through optimized project outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM into existing workflows, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.

About Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will design and implement cutting-edge BIM solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • You will develop BIM plans and standards, collaborating with BIM Managers to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to embed BIM best practices within existing workflows.
  • You will monitor and improve BIM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving process enhancements.
  • You will participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing and implementing BIM solutions.
  • Advanced understanding of BIM software, including Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 and Navisworks Manage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
