Job Title: Senior Web Application Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to lead the development of high-quality web applications, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using modern web technologies.
  • Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS.
  • Define and implement RESTful APIs and web architectures.
  • Oversee code quality and conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to their growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Establish efficient development processes, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and source code management.
  • Drive Agile adoption across the team and refine workflows for better efficiency.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Node.js.
  • Experience in MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS (e.g., Lambda, APIGateway, S3, CloudFormation).
  • Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering projects on time.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
