Rehabilitation Specialist

The position of a Rehabilitation Specialist is open in our organization.

This role will support the field rehabilitation program by identifying persons with disabilities and providing them with necessary rehabilitation services.

• Identify and assess persons with disabilities in targeted areas.
• Provide physiotherapy services to those who need assistive devices.
• Participate in the selection and procurement of assistive devices for quality assurance.
• Ensure proper delivery of assistive devices to persons with disabilities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Conduct functional assessments of persons with disabilities.
2. Develop individualized plans for rehabilitation services.
3. Provide physiotherapy services to improve mobility and function.
4. Maintain accurate records of services provided.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

• Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
