Warehouse Operations Manager

  • Job Summary:
  • The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Finished Goods Warehouse, ensuring efficient flow of goods in and out, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and dispatch finished goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping finished goods.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and improve warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Experience: 2-4 years' experience in stores and inventory management.

Skills:

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in inventory management and dispatch processes.
  • Initiative-taking Problem-Solving: Identify and address issues before they escalate.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
