We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing to lead our team's digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of proven experience in managing client campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute Paid Ads campaigns
  • Optimize LinkedIn Marketing campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail, and Lead Generation.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad performance.
  • Develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate regular performance reports.
  • Refine campaigns using A/B testing strategies to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated with platform changes and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEMrush.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines.
