Business Development Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer consultation and advisory services
- Demonstrate Motive software to existing customers and drive business reviews
- Collaborate with SDRs, CSMs, Support, OM, and other relevant departments as part of the Expansion sales process
- Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including calls/demos/emails per day and attending customer meetings on time
- At least 2 years of experience in an outbound/upselling sales role, utilizing both phone and email
- Previous experience consulting with B2B customers in the United States and Canada is highly preferred
- Experience with pricing and deal structure negotiations
- Strong ownership attitude from prospecting to closing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring initiative and autonomy
- Highly organized and punctual individual
