This role involves managing project activities, coordinating with teams, and tracking progress. As a Tech Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your project management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project progress and align activities with goals and deadlines.
  • Support sprint planning, roadmap execution, and progress tracking using Jira and Trello.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Development, and Growth teams to ensure task completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams to enhance communication and workflow efficiency.
  • Facilitate meetings and coordinate QA processes.
  • Conduct analysis and generate insights on project performance and KPIs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control of project materials.
  • Work with the Customer Support team to resolve user issues and improve satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Product Management, or Operations, preferably in a tech startup or software company.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Trello, Jira).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS products, or EdTech platforms is beneficial.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) is a plus.
