Enterprise Risk Manager

The purpose of this role is to ensure the implementation and maintenance of strategic, financial, and compliance risk management activities as defined in the enterprise-wide risk management (ERM) framework.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement ERM frameworks for identifying, assessing, evaluating, categorizing, prioritizing, monitoring, and controlling significant risks facing the organization.
- Provide guidance on risk identification, assessment, and determination of control adequacy and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement processes, systems, procedures, and data management capabilities to support the ERM framework.
- Develop and maintain risk management information requirements, including risk metrics and reports, reporting thresholds, and early warning indicators.
- Monitor internal controls and systems relevant to risk management.
- Coordinate risk workshops and drive action points for implementation with heads of departments, risk champions, and risk owners.
Candidates must have a strong background in risk management, with qualifications such as CA or ACMA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university. At least 6 years of post-membership relevant experience are required, with certification like CIMA or CIA being an added advantage.
