Role Summary

We seek a skilled video editor and graphic designer to produce high-quality multimedia content that engages audiences and drives results worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and ads optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Design graphics, banners, and visuals for social media, ad campaigns, and branding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns tailored for international audiences.
  • Stay updated on editing trends, design styles, and social platform algorithms to maximize performance.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.
  • Analyze content performance and make adjustments to improve engagement and conversions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2–4 years in video editing + graphic design, specifically for digital and social media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both video + design work for social media.
  • Knowledge of social media content strategies and trends.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
  • Shift Timing: Night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, supporting international clients).
  • Must be able to work independently and stay productive during overnight hours.
  • Performance Commission: Additional pay based on content results (followers, views, engagement, conversions).
