Chief Structural Solutions Specialist

As a skilled Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the overall performance and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement standardized equipment specifications, drawings, processes, and document templates.
• Collaborate with consultants to obtain timely receipt of design drawings.
• Apply local and global standards to uphold technical excellence.
• Support checking processes, reviews, and the incorporation of feedback into design.
• Supervise designated Structural designers and draftsmen during project execution.
• Prepare and review specifications, data sheets, and other project-related documents.
• Review design drawings to verify structural integrity and construction materials.
• Oversee the production of detailed designs, drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.
• Evaluate bids and review vendor documents for approval.
• Develop comprehensive structural overviews and create reports with technical details for engineers.
• Advise senior management on the practicality and optimal design of Skid Packages.
• Review mechanical structural drawings and documents, including foundation layouts, civil & structural drawings, etc.

Requirements:

• 4 - 5 years of relevant experience as a Structural Engineer.
• Degree qualified (Civil or Structural Engineering) and qualified with PEC.
• Middle East / Gulf experience preferred.
• Proficiency in software such as STAADPro and CAD WORX / TEKLA.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Advance Steel / Equivalent.
• Knowledge of international standards and codes in structural engineering such as ASCE, BS, ISO, ASME.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Mechanical Structural Designing, i.e., Skid Packages.
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex structural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
