What is the Role of an Online Doubt Solver?

Mentor Match is a platform that connects students with expert tutors who can help solve their doubts. As an online doubt solver, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in need.

To become an online doubt solver, you will need a smartphone or tablet, good internet connectivity, a notebook and pen, a valid ID proof, good communication skills, and 2+ years of teaching experience. You should also have a thorough understanding of the subject matter, such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, or biology.

Your responsibilities as an online doubt solver will include being available to solve doubts on our platform for at least 4 hours every day, using best practices in teaching, accepting and clearing doubt requests based on your class preferences, representing the company to customers with responsibility and politeness, and demonstrating honesty, regularity, and dedication towards work.
