The Finance & Admin Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the programme. This involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the project team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain all procurement and financial records and receipts for review or audit purposes.
  • Assist in preparing activity budgets and provide financial projections in coordination with the programme and finance teams.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in financial management. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
