We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and fundraising initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business growth strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business growth progress and results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
