Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to shape the future of sustainable cotton production?
- This role involves leading country capacity building measures, cascading models, and relationship management with program partners.
- You will provide support in designing and executing strategies to ensure quality implementation at field level to achieve impact targets.
- The successful candidate will facilitate the Programmes team in conducting Master Trainer Training, Production Unit Managers Training, and other capacity development activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and demonstrating expertise in at least one impact area/principle and developing guidelines/knowledge outputs for field level delivery and enabling accurate monitoring and reporting or progress along with impact targets.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 7+ years of work experience in development program/project management and at least 4-6 years' experience of capacity building, programme delivery, and partnership Management.

We exist to catalyze the cotton farming community with partners, governments, and others to continuously drive positive impact by setting standards and facilitating the supply and demand of more sustainable cotton from farm to brand.
