Senior Technology Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Marketing & Sales Automation Professional Services division, you will oversee team members and ensure seamless client service experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on developing project timelines and managing internal resources
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to facilitate client calls and meetings
  • A commercial mindset, with a focus on developing retention and growth strategies for client accounts
  • Experience working in SaaS organisations, with a strong understanding of people resourcing and process implementation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project management: 60%
    • Developing project timelines for client-ready presentations
    • Managing internal resources and team members within the division
    • Collaborating with the Salesforce Operations Director to align resourcing needs
    • Maintaining project timelines with key milestones and adapting resourcing accordingly
    • Facilitating client calls and meetings for the Head of Marketing & Sales Automation Services
    • Capturing project meeting minutes and converting them into actionable tasks
    • Updating project plans for internal review and updates
    • Monitoring project profitability
    • Owning and conducting internal end-of-project wrap-up sessions for reflective learning
    • Managing outsourced associates and developers
    • Overseeing procurement activities
    • Supervising the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Designer/Developer
    • Facilitating internal workshops to streamline processes and documentation

Account Management: 30%

This role involves handling all inbound client communications, prioritizing tasks, collecting non-attended client call minutes, and working closely with the Managing Director on client invoices/payments.

Commercials: 10%

You will develop retention and growth strategies for client accounts, create new client onboarding processes, and update the internal Salesforce system with project completion 'actual costs' for PnL requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
