About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at One Network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality technical proposals, product documentation, and user manuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation system.
  • Collaborate with the design team and subject-matter experts to draft technical proposals and product documentation.
  • Develop, organize, and write user manuals, procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
  • Work with product management teams to implement documentation repositories and centralized storage solutions.
  • Maintain a database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technical teams to improve user experience and create visuals and diagrams for technical content.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of experience as a technical writer with a proven ability to write clear and effective documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for different audiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter and communicate it effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
  • Experience working with engineers to refine content, improve user experience, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support materials.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
