IT Infrastructure Management Professional

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT systems, ensuring high availability, security, and efficient operations of all infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Microsoft 365 Services: Lead and manage the implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
  2. Transition Coordination: Coordinate with different teams to ensure a seamless transition from G-suite to M365.
  3. Service Administration: Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
  4. Active Directory Management: Administer and manage Active Directory (AD) environments, including user accounts, groups, organizational units, and group policies.
  5. Directory Replication: Oversee Active Directory replication, domain controllers, and security configurations.
  6. Network Infrastructure: Configure, manage, and maintain DNS and DHCP servers for the organization's network.
  7. Cisco Network Devices: Administer and configure Cisco routers, switches, and networking hardware.
  8. Virtual Private Networks: Configure and maintain VPNs, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
  9. Virtualized Environments: Manage and maintain virtualized environments using Microsoft Hyper-V.
  10. Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
  11. Backup Systems: Manage backup systems and ensure data recovery procedures are up to date and tested regularly.
  12. Server Management: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including setup, configuration, and patch management.
  13. System Monitoring: Monitor server health, manage performance, and troubleshoot server-related issues.
  14. Security Configurations: Ensure proper security configurations, including the application of security patches and updates.
  15. Hardware Management: Manage and troubleshoot server hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Cisco routers, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and hardware management is necessary. Previous experience in disaster recovery planning and execution is highly desirable.
