Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop business operations at the branch to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with trainers to develop and implement training timetables for staff development.
  • Oversee trainers and support rosters for Workforce Optimization and Resource Coordination (WORC).
  • Ensure quality service and support are provided to customers at the branch level.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to Head Office on branch performance and key metrics.
  • Implement directives provided by Head Office to drive campus growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), conduct sessions, and organize seminars to maximize awareness of products and services.
  • Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Supervise branch staff, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among branch staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between branch staff and Head Office, communicating operational updates, issues, and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in banking or financial services, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
