Job Overview:

The role of a Marketing Associate involves working closely with the Account Director to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and virtual meetings.

  2. Draft and share meeting minutes, technical proposals, and financial documents with potential clients.

  3. Monitor industry trends and create business requirements to improve product offerings.

  4. Lead demonstrations of products and features to prospective clients.

  5. Negotiate deals and close new leads while providing product and service information to potential clients.

  6. Serve as the main point of contact between TransLinguist and new/existing clients, addressing queries and concerns efficiently.

  7. Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, creating tailored-crafted technical and financial proposals for tender submissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.

  • Good attitude toward teamwork and ability to work independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Ability to lead on tasks delegated by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business or marketing graduate or postgraduate preferred.

  • Early-stage professionals highly recommended.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Graduate or postgraduate degree in business or marketing.

  2. Professionals in early stages of their careers are highly recommended.

  3. Prior 1 – 3 years of experience is a mandatory requirement.

  4. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
