Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a technology vision for building new product features that enhance fleet & driver safety.
  • Manage the product outcomes of the engineering teams to deliver high-quality functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a long-term product roadmap.
  • Lead technical design discussions to drive architectural decisions.
  • Oversee the execution, launch, and daily operations of new features and functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain best practices and coding standards.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a diverse team of highly qualified Engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related domains.
  • 3+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Technical expertise in agile product development, distributed systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, build tools, front-end engineering, mobile, QA.
  • Ability to perform architectural work, including technical designs and definition of requirements.
  • Proven track record as a nimble and proactive thinker and doer.
  • Strong individual contributor skills, with continued interest in coding when needed.
