Job Title:

Django Developer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Django developer to contribute to the development of high-quality web applications that cater to a large user base.

Responsibilities:
  1. Effectively communicate with our team to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  2. Work efficiently to accomplish assigned tasks within an aggressive turnaround time while maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Document all new development and code changes for both developers (technical documentation) and clients (functional documentation).
  4. Provide support to the development team with tasks related to servers and web products.
  5. Conduct load testing and code optimizations to enhance application performance and throughput.
  6. Maintain and improve the code used to build and deploy management systems.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working with Python, AWS, Django REST Framework, Django-CMS, Flask.
  2. Practical experience with RDBMS (preferably MySQL), including solid SQL knowledge and ability to design effective data storage.
  3. Extensive experience with JavaScript (especially jQuery) and Ajax.
  4. Linux-based development experience.
  5. Experience with performance optimization, scaling, and event analytics.
  6. Experience with modern social APIs for login, email, analytics, etc.
  7. Experience with any templating engine with HTML and CSS.
  8. Write and maintain functional and unit tests for automated testing and deployment.
Desirable Skills:
  1. Experience with Apache and Nginx.
  2. Experience with a front-end framework, e.g., Backbone.js, Angular.js, or similar.
  3. Knowledge of fabric scripts for deployment on Linux instances.
  4. Experience on AWS or other cloud-based infrastructure providers.
  5. Experience with caching and key-value stores.
