Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Select and develop new business prospects to drive revenue growth.
  • Nurture relationships with key clients and foster new partnerships.
  • Identify sales opportunities, make presentations, and build business relationships to secure contracts.
  • Manage contacts database, relationship building process, and appointment setting, requiring extensive time spent out of the office.
  • Maintain a professional image for the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Effectively manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract completion, aiming to maximize the value of each opportunity.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, customer profiles, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • An MBA with a focus on Marketing.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within a financial institution.
  • A well-developed network of business contacts and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivation, positivity, and confidence.
  • A pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
  • Result-driven and target-focused, with a genuine drive for success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to new environments.
  • A willingness to help achieve organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, Windows, and Internet technologies.
  • Flexibility to work outside the standard job description when required.
