
Revenue Enhancement Specialist

The ideal candidate will:
- Select and develop new business prospects to drive revenue growth.
- Nurture relationships with key clients and foster new partnerships.
- Identify sales opportunities, make presentations, and build business relationships to secure contracts.
- Manage contacts database, relationship building process, and appointment setting, requiring extensive time spent out of the office.
- Maintain a professional image for the organization.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Effectively manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract completion, aiming to maximize the value of each opportunity.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, customer profiles, and competitors' activities.
Candidates should have:
- An MBA with a focus on Marketing.
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within a financial institution.
- A well-developed network of business contacts and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivation, positivity, and confidence.
- A pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Result-driven and target-focused, with a genuine drive for success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to new environments.
- A willingness to help achieve organizational goals.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, Windows, and Internet technologies.
- Flexibility to work outside the standard job description when required.
