Job Title: Technology Solutions Specialist

This position requires a skilled professional to deliver technical solutions for payment and non-retail applications. As a specialist, you will be responsible for building partnerships with business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the team lead to execute successful payment and non-retail application-related projects.
  2. Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and develop effective solutions.
  3. Contribute to technology solutions for payment and non-retail applications, including G3, SWIFT, AML, and more.
  4. Prioritize System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deployment.
  5. Manage production activities such as software deployments and security patches.
  6. Promptly address production issues and coordinate with vendors and IT partners.
  7. E nsure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
  8. Participate in project meetings, providing technical and business insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  2. Certifications in middleware, APIs, ITIL, and AWS Cloud are advantageous.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in application management.
  4. Experience with AWS cloud services is beneficial.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Attention to detail with a focus on stakeholders and customers.
  7. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
  8. Interest in new technology trends.
  9. Results-driven and capable of working independently.
