Job Overview

This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy in bookkeeping. The person will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting and compliance in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  1. Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions for multiple clients.
  2. Prepare and submit VAT returns for assigned clients.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks, Smartbooks, Zohobooks, Oddo, or Tally is essential.
