We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to onboarding.

The ideal candidate should possess strong networking skills, preferably with 5-10 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in technical positions such as Technical Sales, System Engineers, Backend Developers, Tech Support Engineers, Marketing, Finance, and Project Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective hiring plans and strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
  2. Utilize various mediums and tools to search for qualified candidates, including LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  3. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate fit according to job requirements.
  4. Promote proactive headhunting practices by identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, referrals, and other innovative methods.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends.
  6. Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Evaluate candidate technical and behavioral skills, conduct reference checks, and maintain accurate records.
  8. Nurture relationships with industry contacts to stay informed about emerging talent pools.
  9. Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  10. Embody strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility when addressing diverse situations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in the IT industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated 3-5 years of direct recruitment experience in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical position recruitment is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
  • A passion for making recruitment and/or HR management a career-long pursuit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRM, and other relevant software applications.
  • Able to adapt to dynamic client requirements.
  • A strong academic background, ideally with a degree or diploma in a technical, business, marketing, or related field.
