We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for maximizing the sales potential of our designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to the existing customer base
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure
  • Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with key partners
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of products
  • Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities and formulate strategies to respond to these
  • Analyze and survey sales territories to make proper adjustments where necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/B2B Sales
  • Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
