Technical Education and Training Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development of technical academic excellence, market linkages, placement services, and ensuring that our efforts remain market relevant. A dynamic professional who understands the need for Technical Education and Vocation Training is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new areas for technical and vocational interventions to enhance the organization's offerings.
  2. Contribute to the design, planning, and monitoring of project strategies and activities in TEVT.
  3. Develop strategy papers, analytical reports, progress reports, and process reports to inform decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with field offices, district government departments, industries, and civil society organizations to ensure seamless implementation of projects.
  5. Write compelling proposals and manage budgets for new projects, aligning them with industry requirements.
  6. Devise initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  7. Regularly monitor program activities and conduct evaluations to assess their effectiveness.
  8. Develop marketing strategies to promote technical and vocational training projects.
