Achieving Precision in AI Development

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring AI features operate with high precision and consistency in production environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, leading efforts to detect, diagnose, and mitigate failures and degradation across AI features, designing tools, dashboards, and processes to surface anomalies and performance regressions, driving cross-functional initiatives to improve monitoring, observability, and data quality, and overseeing data analysis, annotation processes, and AI system workflows to improve model performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
  2. Lead efforts to detect, diagnose, and mitigate failures and degradation across AI features.
  3. Design tools, dashboards, and processes to surface anomalies and performance regressions.
  4. Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve monitoring, observability, and data quality.
  5. Oversee data analysis, annotation processes, and AI system workflows to improve model performance.
Requirements

This position requires experience managing engineering teams, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and reporting.
