Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement strategist to join our organization in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure optimal deals.
- Maintain and update a list of approved suppliers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and processes.
- Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a procurement executive or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
